Shipping Policy and turn around times
While Chaos and Stickers has a 2-week turnaround time on personalised orders, 99% of orders are shipped out before that time. I have a 2-week turnaround time because I work a fulltime day job and only craft after hours and on weekends. I only normally need that time if I have to order products to complete the order, If I already have the stock here then it is pretty quick.
If you have a set date you need your order by it would be best to contact me first. Once the item leaves me and is in the hands of Australia Post, I cannot control the postage shipping time. However I can contact them to see where the item is up to and keep tracking it for you.

If your parcel gets returned to me because the wrong address was entered, you will need to pay for shipping to post it out again. If this happens I will sent you an invoice before posting it out again.
Chaos and Stickers uses Australia Post to ship all items, postage amounts are as followed.
- Standard Envelope postage for items like stickers $3.00
- Tracked Envelope postage is $5.00
- Everything else that is big and bulky that will not fit in a envelope is capped at $12.00
- Free shipping on all orders over $90
