Refund and Exchange Policy

I will definitely refund or remake any item that arrives damaged or is not as described. I can not refund an item simply because you change your mind. All of my items are made to order and most are personalised which I can not resell.

Please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order, if it is broken or damaged. I will arrange to remake it or refund you. You will need to provide photographic proof of the damage.
